Job Description:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships to drive bookings and enhance the Lodge’s reputation. The role involves proactive sales efforts, including making calls, attending site inspections, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to meet sales targets and contribute to the Lodge’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telephone and personal sales calls to develop business from assigned market areas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and the Four Seasons Hotel Worldwide Sales Office.
  • Prepare annual account plans and manage budgetary goals.
  • Represent the Lodge professionally and ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Hotel Management or Marketing studies (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in direct sales within a luxury hotel environment or related travel sector.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage and forecast sales performance effectively.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to covered markets.
